Austin A. Harms

Austin A. Harms age 5 of Cologne passed away Monday March 4, 2013 at his home in Cologne.

Funeral Service held Friday March 8, 2013, 4:00 pm Westwood Community Church (3121 Westwood Drive), Excelsior with Rev. Dave Trautmann and Rev. Eric Hutchison officiating; visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at the church; interment St. Victoria Catholic Cemetery, Victoria.

Austin was born on May 31, 2007 in Waconia the son of Kraig A. Harms and Tracy A. Winkler. Austin was baptized at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America by Rev. David Winter.

Austin was always full of energy nothing ever got him down even through all of the treatments he received. His smile and hugs were contagious. Austin had a love for his John Deere tractors, water gun fights in the summer and Mickey Mouse. He especially enjoyed his trip to Walt Disney World in November.

Austin was preceded in death by his grandmother Judy Winkler; Cousin Ashley Meuwissen; Grandfather Dave Maas.

Austin is survived by his mother Tracy Winkler of Cologne; Father Kraig (Melissa) Harms of Norwood Young America; half- brother Manning Green; Maternal grandparents Lee and Joanne Winkler of Cologne; Paternal grandparents Shirley and Dave Schulz of New Prague, DuWayne and Kathy Harms of Norwood Young America, Judy Maas of Norwood Young America; Great-grandma Mae Zehnder of Plato; Aunts and uncles Michelle and John Meuwissen, Troy and Sara Winkler, Kari and Jared Bass, Kevin and Jacci Harms, Kyle Harms; Cousins other relatives and friends.

Casket Bearers Troy Winkler, John Meuwissen, Kevin Harms, Kyle Harms.
