Weiland, Judy A. age 69 of Waconia passed away on Thursday May 12, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Center in Waconia.
Mass of Christian Burial held on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Waconia with Father Paul Jarvis as celebrant of the Mass. Visitation from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass. Interment St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
Judy was born on December 2, 1941 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin the daughter of George and Florence (Mickelson) Stello. On August 6, 1960 she was united in marriage to Ken Weiland at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown.
Judy loved her family very much, spending time with them was important to her. Her grandchildren were the love of her life and she would do anything for them. The Christmas season brought her much joy to her life because that meant spoiling her grandchildren with all the gifts they wanted. Judy enjoyed reading a good book, playing the slots and bingo to pass time. Camping was a family outing that started when the girls were young which Judy treasured very much.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents George and Florence Stello; brother David Stello; father-in-law and mother-in-law Andrew and Vernice Weiland; brothers-in-law Keith Donahue, Roger Weiland, Hans Meyer, Robert Melko.
Judy is survived by her loving family: husband Ken; daughters and sons-in-law Sandi and Randy Krautbauer of Victoria, Kim and Scott Schroeder of Mayer; granddaughters Nicole Krautbauer, Jessica Krautbauer, Amy Krautbauer, Brittney Schroeder, Callie Schroeder; sisters and brothers-in-law Nancy and Jim Sweezey of Eden Prairie, Patricia Melko of Colorado Springs, CO, Carol and Jim Michon of Hopkins; brother and sister-in-law Jim and Nancy Stello of Watertown; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Betty Donahue of Mayer, Mary Meyer of Waconia, Marilyn Weiland of Waconia, Andrew and Susan Weiland of Cape Cod, MA, Linda and Roger Sauerbrey of Norwood Young America, Gerald and Chris Weiland of Waconia, Debbie and Dale Muhs of Watertown, Susan and Larry Goede of Waconia, Chuck and Joanne Weiland of Mayer; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
